J. Chaiken and the staff:
Dr. Chaiken is part of a
Northern Chicago tradition of dental comfort and care. He is a graduate of
Loyola University School of Dentistry, and has dedicated his
professional career to providing you with the best that dentistry has
to offer. He is continually educating himself and his staff on the

to offer you state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and
antiseptic dental care.
Dr. Chaiken is an
Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Northwestern University
School of Medicine, and is on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
He has received fellowships from the American College of Dentists and
the Academy of General Dentistry. He has completed master level
programs at the Center for Esthetic Excellence, and is a graduate of
the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Chaiken is a
member of the American

Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry,
American Dental Association,
Illinois State Dental Society and the
Chicago
Dental Society.

Our professional team includes:
Our Registered Dental Hygienists are certified in
the most gentle techniques using state of the art instruments
including ultrasonics and air polishers for regular periodic
cleanings. Sealants and fluoride treatments are used for
prevention of cavities by our hygienists, as well as the most
effective treatments for gum disease (periodontal therapy)
including localized antibiotics.
Our Dental Assistants assure your complete comfort
during dental treatments. They are highly skilled in all areas of
cosmetic and restorative dentistry and are vital in the delivery
of high quality dental care. |

Our Administrative Staff will assist you in
scheduling convenient appointments and are experts in insurance
claims as well as other financial arrangements. They take the
worry out of payments for your dental care.

Dr. Chaiken has earned a reputation for providing the finest
dental care and is privileged to work with world class laboratory
technicians providing restorations of excellent esthetics, fit,
and comfort. We also work with several dental specialists who
share Dr. Chaiken's pursuit of excellence and select these
specialists when interdisciplinary treatment provides an advantage
to our patients. Finally, we are happy to coordinate treatment
with your physician or other medical specialists when needed.
Certain medical conditions are best treated in conjunction with
medical doctors, and Dr. Chaiken has significant experience in
working with patients who have medical complications.
